Refund Policy

At Melanin Back, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products for safety and quality reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@melaninback.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
